From clearing your lot, putting in your roads, excavating for your foundation and footings, to batching the concrete needed on site with our portable concrete batching facility, and placing or pumping the concrete as required. We can also excavate and install our custom built 1500 Gallon concrete septic systems for your needs. To date we have manufactured 80 tanks and installed at least half of those built!

In addition to our major services above, we build Automatic Transfer Switches with all components in a 3 R rated COMPOSITE enclosure with all stainless steel hardware to ensure the electronics and switching gear are protected from our harsh environment. Our switches come with a 1 year warranty. We are a authorized dealer for S&K Water Makers for the last 13 years and own and operate the oldest water desalination plant on Elbow Cay with the capability of making 15000 Gallons per day of fresh water sold at a reasonable cost of 8 cents per gallon delivered. We also install our desalinization systems and generators. We are also capable of drilling salt water wells as deep as 100 feet. Our Elbow Cay location also offers general and marine mechanical repair on a emergency basis as we realize how difficult it can be to be in a foreign country broke down with no one to have the knowledge to make the needed repairs to get you to your destination. Personally, I have 40 years of combined mechanical Welding and electrical experience and have never failed to repair even the most difficult situations. No job is to big or to small!
