We are in a BIG snowstorm here in the mountains of WNC... 6-12 inches expected... that pot on that stove would be just the ticket! Can you run some over here Caraleeeeeeee!

Papa,

You sure know how to make mouth water for something good. I have had Carolee's souse several time down by the Clinic after the Caroling, and I KNOW just how goood it is.
I will, unfortunately, miss the Caroling/Souse this year, as we will be visiting friends, and will not be on the Island. So here's hoping that all will go well, and that everyone will have a belly full of warm/hot Souse, and a Great Christmas.

I'm making a pot tomorrow night, so I'll have some for breakfast Sunday. Souse, to me, tastes better the next day.
