Sometimes you cant even see the houses because they blend in so well. However I suspect large houses that look like something in Nassau, since they want that appeal. FYI Serenity Point is located near Schooner Bay - not down south near Sandy Point. It comprised only 24 Estate Lots so says the article I read.
The proposed development down south is much larger, however due to tremendous pressure applied, it appears that this one has been placed on the back burner for now. |
